After sleeping on my side last night, I woke up to find myself unable to hear out of my left ear. Due to a delightful buildup of a wax, my hearing has been cutting in and out for the past few months. I meant to have my doctor daddy fix that at some point, but being the lazy bum, I forgot.
Thus, I'm now walking around New York, unable to hear anything on my left side, and straining to follow what's going on in class.
I bought some ear drops and that seems to have made the situation worse. Instead of just being unable to hear, I've got one of those pressure buildups and I can hear swishing sounds in my brain.
Now my head feels underwater both literally and figuratively...
